All routine appointments will only be booked between 8:30am & 11:30am then 3:30pm and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You can also book your own appointments online.
Emergency appointments can be booked from 8:30am for morning appointments and 2:30pm for afternoon appointments.
Please book any re-appointments before leaving the surgery. If you cannot keep your appointment or are running late please notify the surgery as soon as possible so that other patients can benefit.
Please ensure your contact details are up to date as text reminders will be sent.
The doctors do not see children under the age of 16 without an adult present.
As well as reception duties, all the receptionists are responsible for specific administrative areas within the practice. The receptionists may need to ask you for further details about your requests when you call at the surgery or when you telephone. This is to ensure we can assist you as speedily as possible. They are not being nosy and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.

NHS 111 is designed to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services.
Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:30 if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
If you need advice directly from a doctor or nurse, please telephone a receptionist on 01708 741096 and explain this to them.
The receptionist is able to either take a message to pass on to the approppriate person for action.
We are now open from 7am for appointments only. Please note if you need an appointment on the day you still need to call from 8:00am.
