pregnant_19Baby Clinics And Immunisations

Our team of nurses have available appointments upon request.  If for any reason a carer/grandparent needs to bring the child for the immunisation we require written consent from the parent.

Family Planning Clinic

Dr’s Hamilton, Hossain, Darmasseelane, Chakrabarti and Beaver offer a full contraceptive service during normal surgeries. Please enquire at reception.

Child Health Surveillance

The 8 week baby check is held in normal surgery hours, you will automatically receive an appointment.  If your appointment is inconvenient please change with reception.

Minor Surgery

Dr’s Hossain, Darmasseelane and Kullar offer minor surgery for the removal of cysts, moles, toenails, warts and other skin lesions. Joint injections are also available for the relief of conditions such as tennis elbow and frozen shoulder.

Cervical Cytology

It is recommended that all women should have regular smear tests. Women who have had a previous smear test are recalled every 3 years.

Well Person Clinic

Available to all adult patients who have not consulted a doctor for 3 years. Practice nurses carry out a Well Person Check.  Please make an appointment at reception. Regular ASTHMA, DIABETIC AND HYPERTENSION CLINICS are also available for which you will need to make an appointment at reception.

Elderly Person Health Checks

An annual health check (by home visit if necessary) is offered to all patients aged 75 and over.


All patients are recommended to ensure that they are up-to-date with TETANUS immunisation.  If you are not sure of your status, please contact reception to arrange appropriate injections. INFLUENZA vaccinations are carried out each year on elderly or other patients whose medical status entitles them to receive such vaccinations. Contact reception to make an appointment.
